Export Declaration
Heidolph Instruments in accordance with international export and customs regulations requires a signed declaration by your company regarding all Heidolph equipment that is distributed outside of your defined region. This declaration is for all Heidolph distributors to strictly comply and to ensure that all trade restriction countries under E.U., USA and German statues are restricted access to Heidolph products.
We further express additional requirements that any sub-distributor utilized by any Heidolph distributor must also comply with this declaration in an effort to minimize potential sales to defined trade restricted countries.
Our interest is to provide superior products to customers as well as adhering to trade regulations of various nations. Please confirm receipt of this letter along with a signed committal declaration article that your company will comply with the defined restrictions.
